At Fresher Fighter, we want ordering from us to be simple and straightforward. This policy explains how purchases work, how orders can be cancelled and what happens if you need to make changes to an order.

1. Purchase Options

Customers can purchase Fresher Fighter products directly through our website:

We offer a range of products and product bundles, which may include:

• Individual Fresher Fighter products.

• Essential Kits and product bundles.

• Promotional offers, including multi-buy deals.

• Subscribe & Save options, where available.

All available products, prices and offers will be displayed on our website.

2. Payment Options

Payment must be completed at checkout when placing an order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check your order details carefully, including the delivery address and products ordered.

4. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and arrange a refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns and refunds process.

5. Subscribe & Save Orders

Where available, customers can subscribe to selected Fresher Fighter products to receive regular refills at a discounted price.

Our Subscribe & Save offer may include:

• An initial discount when purchasing an eligible Essential Kit.

• Automatic refill orders every three months.

• A discounted refill price as displayed when subscribing.

Customers can request to cancel their subscription before their next scheduled renewal or payment is taken.

Please contact us in advance of your next scheduled order to allow sufficient time for cancellation.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future scheduled payments and deliveries. It will not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Any applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

6. Refunds and Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase made online, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Products should be returned in their original condition, subject to your statutory rights.

Some products may be exempt from change-of-mind returns once unsealed, where they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have additional rights under UK consumer law.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.

Original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where legally permitted.
